Enjoy Snow in Portland’s Summer!

Portland is about to experience a heat wave.  Today, temperatures are expected to get above ninety in the Rose City and this weekend is supposed to be worse.  The hot weather will continue into next week so that we have over five days over ninety degrees.

I’ll be the biggest baby of all, since I have no air conditioning (and I’m a baby).  “Oh, it’s hot, it’s hot!!”  I expect to run to the Lloyd Center and collapse in a chair (if they’re not already full).

I thought we should all remember that it actually snowed once last winter.  Yes.  It was once cool enough to snow.  Don’t you feel better already?  No?  Well, it’s not hot yet (enjoy the snow!).
