LloydDistrict.org – the home site of the Lloyd District Community Association. The organization’s main purpose is to promote the interest of their members, mostly local businesses. That promotion results in a lot of explanation about what is going on in the district. They probably know more than anyone else.
OregonCC.org – Since the Oregon Convention Center is a big part of the Rose Quarter (and the Rose Quarter is in the Lloyd District) I wanted to see what was going on this month. So I looked at the calendar. Most likely, you have a specific event in mind and can look there to zero in and drill down to the information you want.
Wikipedia – a link to a short article about the Lloyd District, but you can also find out about Ralph Lloyd (who the district is named for).
PortlandBridges.com – They have a page and pictures that talk about the Lloyd District. The photographer puts his names on the pictures. I guess I should do that on mine.
